Zero star if possible

Tried to scan a ONE item target receipt - took SEVERAL long attempt - told to move down, then hold still, then move down, then hold still - REPEAT and all for ONE item! finally scanned, then said it couldnt save it - try again later - BET ME!
WORST though, was ap got caught in some kind of loop - couldnt close ap, tried turning off phone - couldnt do either! phone locked up on this nonsense app for 5 minutes or so!
