Ok so the trick to getting a refund at Target is showing them how the prices changed on the actual products that you bought. Target’s customer service will then use their iPad just to make sure the lower prices are real and then you get monies back in your pocket. Seriously could not be simpler. You rock Windfall! Keep adding stores please :)
