Wont scan

I tried everything to get this app to scan. It was a Walmart receipt it wouldnt scan the barcode the QR code or the products listed on the receipt. I even tried it hands off for fear that it was just too much movement to scan. It never did scan it just kept flashing green over the numbers and the products. It never give me the checkmark that it was successful.
